When hydraulic cone crusher is working normally,to separate hydraulic station and crusher,and storage them in a ready use and clean place. The steps are as follows: 1.cut off the hydraulic station motor power,and cut off the connection line between motor and power. 2.Make the control valve handle or the buttons locate in a pressure relief place 3.View the pressure gauge on the hydraulic station,and make sure the pressure gauge reading is Zero. When the pressure gauge reading is higher than zero,never allowed to set down multiple fittings body or the soft tube on the clearing cavity jack.Checking again is to ensure control valve handle or buttons in the pressure relief place.Under the pressure situation,to remove the soft tube,because the spraying oil speed is very high,the free end of the swinging soft tube may be hurt,so it’s very dangerous. 4.Slowly loosen mutiple fittings body or the soft tube on the cleaning cavity jack,before completely disconnecting the soft tube,to release the residual stress in the system by loosening connectors.
